Commenti : Il manque un peu de discourt commercial à l'accueil, les personnes d'astreintes sont trop "effacées" pour un hôtel de ce prix et ne sont pas très souriantes pour que l'accueil soit digne de ce nom. Dommage que l'isolation phonique soit toujours un problème dans les hôtels londonniens...

Commenti : Hôtel bien tenu, peut-être un peu éloigné des restaurants pour le soir. Très bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse, mais mal isolé du bruit (rue et autres chambres). Quartier sympa, très bien desservi par les transports, très pratique. Très bon séjour.

Commenti : Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoß mit Ausrichtung zur Gebäudefront können etwas laut sein, da unmittelbar vor dem Hotel eine Straße mit mäßigem Verkehr verläuft. Zum anderen verläuft im Untergrund irgendwo eine U-Bahnlinie, deren Vibration und Geräuche man abends hört. Ansonsten ist die Lage nicht zu toppen.

Hôtel sympathique, bien situé, à mi-chemin entre les stations de métro, Great Portlant et Oxford Circus, pas mal !!
Aucun membre de l'équipe ne parle le français mais très aimable !
Changer les fenêtres de chambre (en double vitrage) afin d'insonoriser ! (les camions de poubelles et de livraison ne sont pas discrets dès 5h00 du matin !)
La femêtre est trop dure à soulever ! Mon épouse ne pouvait pas l'ouvrir !
Les porte intérieures sont à raboter, elles ne peuvent pas fermer !
Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est à recommander !

Commenti : All was OK, aspecially - location and staff attitude. But I would recommend owners to change mattrases on beds - they are to old and uncomfortable, if you have for example, sensitive back:).Thanks to staff girls, who help me with extra blankets, and there was only one ( first) sleepless night.

Commenti : hotel très bien situé mais extrèmement sonore. notre chambre, sans double vitrage, était placée à l'angle d'une rue passante avec 3 arrets de bus à 20m = réelles difficultés à s'endormir.
au sujet du petit déjeuner, rien à redire au sujet du personnel et des produits mais la salle est minuscule, attente de 10minutes avant de pouvoir s'assoir, comme à la cantine...
