Commenti : endroit calme et agreable ,proche d'un parc et quartier de notthing hill et proche des moyens de transport . Une excellente adresse à conseiller si on aime le calme apres une journée de shopping et visites.

Commenti : Staff were very friendly and helpful. When there was a problem, they were quick to resolve it to our satisfaction. Nikolas in particular was very customer oriented and professional in his approach.

Commenti : I was in a room close to reception so it was quite noisy in the night. I don't think this would be a problem in other rooms, and otherwise the hotel was excellent.

Commenti : Some services weren't on par with what one might expect. For e.g. housekeeping did not replenish supplied like facial tissues or sugar in the kitchenette. I asked for a wake up call at 8am but was called only at 8.30. The TV had only 4 channels. However, what was important (cleanliness, size of room) for me was satisfactory. The hotel even provided a bath tub for my 1 year old. I was very impressed by that.

Commenti : Very friendly staff team, good location especially get access to public transportation. We had done many sightseeing trips in only 3 nights stay. We will go back for next visit!

Commenti : la chambre était en sous-sol avec fenêtre sur un puits de jour où était installée, la chaufferie de l'hôtel, très bruyante pendant la nuit. Le chauffage de la chambre, très insuffisant, a nécessité l'utilisation d'un radiateur d'appoint, lui même très bruyant

Commenti : L'hotel Cleveland est bien placé,calme, tout neuf, propre et d'une déco de bon gout.Le seul problème fut l' insuffisance du chauffage lors de la période froide à laquelle nous avons séjourné à Londres.
