Commenti : situation de l'hotel très commode, mais chambre poussièreuse, moquette tachée et ménage pas fait à fond... internet gratuiit qui ne marchait pas, petit déjeuner ok mais jamais apporté à l"heure. Je ne sais si je recommanderai l'hotel, tout dépend de ce que recherche l'ami concerné. Si c'est un fan de propreté, non !

Commenti : Enjoyed the expresso machine in the lobby! Breakfast was excellent, but would be wonderful if you could vary the type of breads & fruit in the morning (since we were there 3 days). 24 hour desk service appreciated for late night returns. Would have appreciated a listing of recommended (popular & moderate price) eateries (& nearest grocery for those with a kitchenette) in the neighborhood for out-of-towners. This could be made available at check-in or included in the booklet of services in each suite. The room was a bit cramped for 2 people. I liked the concept of the glass room divider for privacy, but in a room so small (minisuite Rm 106) I ended up walking into it twice.

Commenti : Es una bonito hotel en una situación excelente, en un bonito barrio residencial, y a tres paradas de metro del centro de Londres. Muy buenas conexiones ya que tiene 4 lineas de metro a tu disposición a 3 minutos andando del hotel. El personal de recepción es muy atento y amable. El desayuno es bueno y las habitaciones son acogedoras con un excelente cuarto de baño. La cama es confortable y cómoda. A resaltar también el servicio de internet gratis en la habitación.

Commenti : Cet hotel est très bien situé et desservi par le métro et le bus pour accéder à tous les endroits touristiques de Londres.
Le personnel est prévenant et très agréable.
Pour le petit déjeuner, les produits sont de qualité mais c'est un peu juste pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le fromage (c'est la portion la plus importante du petit déjeuner).
Enfin la chambre est un peu petite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.
Sinon c'est un hotel qui est très agréable.

Commenti : Hotel idéal pour le Business et aussi pour le tourisme car situé à côté de la station de métro Baker Street et de Madame Tussaud ! Seuls inconvénients: chambres un peu petites, et pas de grand hall avec bar pour faire des Rvs intra hôtel.
Gros plus: petit déj servi dans la chambre !!!

Commenti : Very good quality of this friendly hotel. Without luxurios, La Suite is the right place to stay in London, not only for single people but also to the couples. The only problem is the noise out of the rooms, because the soundproofing is bad.
