Commenti : The room we fist were put into was very small and noisy, and was quite different from what I had remembered from my erlier stays at the hotel. However, thanks to the manager we were moved to a much better room which I enjoyed. The only real dissapointment was breakfast as there were almost nothing edeble for stict vegans (no vegetables, no soya products etc).

Commenti : Breakfast room too small, tables crammed close together. Continental Buffet low quality meats/cheese and bread was cheap. For the price of a room the breakfast was very dissapointing.

Commenti : Room needed better maintenance: carpet stained, bathroom walls patched in shoddy fashion. Is having the fridge in the closet safe?! Too little ventilation. Fridge gave off a LOT of heat.

Commenti : Great location for gloucester road tube and walking distance to Albert Hall. Breakfast could be improved but was good value for money. Would stay there again.

Commenti : Good deal at €125, staff worth a 5-star hotel, breakfast decent. Location with a couple of blocks of Gloucester Road, easy to reach. Would definitively return.
